  • How long does shipping take?
    U.S. orders: 3–7 biz days after a 2–5 day processing window.
    International: 7–21 biz days depending on location. Viral drops or holidays might cause slight delays.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes — worldwide. Freedom has no borders.
  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely. You'll get a link via email once it's on the move.
  • What if my order is lost or stolen?
    If the carrier marks it "delivered" and it’s nowhere to be found, we’re not liable — but send us a note. We’ll do our best to help.

  • Can I return or exchange something?
    We accept returns/exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping unless it’s our mistake.
  • What if my item is damaged or the wrong size?
    If we messed up, we’ll make it right. Email us with your order number and a photo so we can fix it fast.

    Most pieces are unisex with a true-to-size fit. Check each product description for size notes.
  • How should I wash my item?
    Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry or tumble low. Don’t bleach. Love your gear, it’ll love you back.
  • Will you restock sold-out pieces?
    Some drops are limited. Others might come back if the streets demand it. Sign up for emails to stay in the loop.
