• Tracking my order
  Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Still can’t find it? Check spam. Still nothing? Hit us up — we got you.

• Shipping methods
  U.S. orders: 3–7 biz days after a 2–5 day processing window. Viral drops or holidays might cause slight delays.

• Do you ship internationally?
  We’re currently working on it. Reach out, and we’ll see what we can do for you.

• Tracking my order
  Absolutely. You'll get a link via email once it's on the move.

• Lost or stolen order
  If the carrier marks it "delivered" and it’s nowhere to be found, we’re not liable — but send us a note. We’ll do our best to help.

• Free Shipping
  We offer free shipping when a Free The Homies™ account is created. These orders are shipped using standard shipping. To apply free shipping on your order, log into your account and select the "free shipping" option when checking out. 

  
  

• Local pickup
  Located in Los Angeles? You can skip shipping and pick up your order instead. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. Once your order’s ready, we’ll send you an email with pickup details and instructions. Please wait until you get that email before coming through. Bring your order confirmation when you arrive. Need someone else to pick it up for you? Just email us their name and order info first, and we’ll make sure they’re cleared.
